just researched on the Tamil Tigers for school.
and what i saw really hit me hard. little kids were made soldiers. they were taught how to hold a gun, use a gun, fire a gun. their childhood were filled with war, fighting, and.. guns. that's not what a child should be doing. suicide bombers take their life, together with others' life. and the suicide bombers are.. children, women. little kids, who dont know anything, were made to carry a bomb. why? just because people wont suspect little kids! and when these bombs goes off, the kids die, and people around them die.. too. taking your life and others' life is sin. that's trying to tell God that "i dont trust you, i want it my own way." trust in the LORD, the plans he has for us will not harm us. we may not understand it in the beginning, it may seems tough, tiring. and it may even hurts. but trials makes us stronger. our Almighty God will be there to guide us through. don't give up. He is my Comforter, my strength, my hope. LORD, i'm sorry for taking things my own way and not trusting in you. You're my Comforter, my strength and my hope. LORD, i commit my life into Your hands. strenghten my faith in you. i pray that i will grow to be more like you, i pray that i will grow in faith and in you, LORD. bring me near and draw me to Your side.
